Pricing questions
What happens when I cross the free limits?
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working for the records you already have. You are told which limit you have reached, and new entries beyond it need the Factory plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, either way. Move to annual and you pay ₹29,990/year + GST with two months free. Move back to monthly at the end of the paid period.
Do you charge for setup or training?
No. Import your item list and opening stock from Excel yourself, and we answer questions over WhatsApp and email.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything to Excel, including your full movement history.
