Getting started
How long does setup take?
Most units are entered and running the same day. Import your item list and opening stock from Excel, add your people, and start recording. No consultant, no implementation project.
Will my storekeeper be able to use it?
That is the whole design brief. Every routine entry is three taps, the screens are in plain language, and the app works in Hindi and Tamil as well as English. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use Nuvaniq.
Do I need to buy scanners or tablets?
No. Any Android phone works as a scanner. Nuvaniq runs in a browser and installs to the home screen like an app.
What if the internet drops in my factory?
Entries are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection comes back. Nothing is lost.
Using Nuvaniq
Is this accounting software?
No, and deliberately so. Nuvaniq does not do billing, GST returns, or payroll. It tracks physical material, which is the thing Tally and Excel do badly. It exports cleanly to Tally for your accountant.
Can I run more than one factory?
Yes. Add each additional plant for ₹1,499 a month + GST and see combined or separate stock.
Who gets the WhatsApp alerts?
You decide. Set any number of people per alert type, and change it any time.
Can I put my own company name and logo on it?
Yes, on the Factory plan. Your logo appears in the portal and on every delivery note your customer receives.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
On servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, in Excel, including your full movement history. Your data is yours.
What if I stop paying?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything.
